This week was so fun! It has been a true joy watching your students grow this semester.
This past week we studied farm animals in preparation of our farm field trip next week. As researchers, each table was assigned an animal to study using multiple resources. We learned some interesting facts about giraffes, lions, monkeys, and elephants (oh my!) In math, we reviewed coins and money which came in handy for the 4th grade book store! The students were wonderful at using their coins to purchase books independently (you may find those in your student's backpack). We ended the week celebrating earning the 'Golden Spoon' award in our Friday assembly for being awesome in the cafeteria! We also earned all of our classroom links and will be enjoying lunch outside next week.
Next week our Star Student will be Harry. Wonderful Wednesday continues on Wednesday from 3:05 to 3:50, please pick students up at 3:50 on the front porch.
